Coaching Sessions x 6

Having a coach can bring clarity, confidence, motivation, and new perspectives on challenges and opportunities. It allows you to learn new skills and strategies to achieve goals and overcome obstacles and can help create positive changes in both personal and professional lives.

Through a series of coaching conversations using some tried and tested techniques, you’ll work through your aims in life. You will get the time to understand your innate habits and thinking patterns, identify which are useful that you wish to keep, re-work those that aren’t, and introduce some new ones to help you achieve the life you desire, and deserve.

To get the most out of our coaching relationship, you must be ready and willing to take ownership and be committed to taking daily action steps towards your goals. This often requires honesty, and commitment, in confronting old paradigms of thinking and feeling that have resulted in the multitude of behaviours that drive your unconscious daily habits.

My role is to create a welcome environment where you feel safe and inspired to dig deep, challenge some old habits and identify clear actions for yourself. You must then be prepared to take control of your life and achieve your goals, whatever they may be.

I’m confident, if you choose to fully embrace the coaching experience, it will prove a deep and enriching experience.

This package includes six coaching sessions which you can book at a time that suits you. Each session typically lasts an hour and can take place virtually or face to face.
